Supported release

Support is based on the latest stable AloxBook release. Please update first when possible and include the AloxBook version, operating system, what you expected, what happened, and steps that reproduce the problem.

What to expect

Support and security reports are reviewed on a best-effort basis. No response or resolution is guaranteed, no response or correction time is promised, and there is no maintenance commitment.

Languages

Messages are accepted in English, German, French, Spanish, and Italian; replies may use translation assistance.

Protect your financial data

Do not send passwords, .aloxbook files, bank statements, or unredacted financial screenshots. If an image or example is needed, replace names, account numbers, amounts, and other private details first. See the Privacy Policy for how contact messages are handled.
