A summary of new features, improvements, and important fixes in each release.
New Features
- Color-coded template names in the transaction dialog — income (green), expense (red), and neutral (blue) are now visually distinct
- Import rules are carried forward when using “Close & Carry Forward” to start a new period
- Templates created during CSV import are now hidden from the regular template list to reduce clutter
Improvements
- Import rules dialog redesigned with better layout, filtering by template, and improved styling
- Write-protected files now correctly disable editing in the import rules dialog
- Empty evaluation views (Monthly Overview, Account Development) now show placeholder rows instead of appearing blank
- Account sort order is preserved during carry forward
- Import rule stays selected after saving changes
- Pattern macros are shown first in the auto-text dropdown during CSV import
- Account bookable property can no longer be unchecked when the account has existing transactions
- Non-bookable accounts are rejected when selected in the transaction dialog
Bug Fixes
- Fixed columns in data grid tabs not being resizable by the user
- Fixed edited transaction not being re-selected after saving when the list was sorted
- Fixed account creation during CSV import resetting the transaction selection
- Fixed transaction date not being carried over when opening a new transaction dialog
- Fixed CSV import summary incorrectly showing a re-import button when all rows were auto-skipped as duplicates

- Monthly Overview evaluation — see totals and averages per month at a glance
- CSV import duplicate detection — potential duplicates are flagged by matching date, amount, and accounts
- Amount tolerance matching for import rules with configurable percentage
- Year-constraint filtering in CSV import — rows outside the configured year are reported and skipped
- Date step buttons (◀/▶) in the transaction dialog for quick day-by-day navigation
- Auto-text placeholders for templates:
$$_JJJJ_$$ (current year) and $$_JJJJ-1_$$ (previous year)
